On  the morning  of  May  6th  around  40  of  our  staff  took part in Darkness into Light - Monaghan which was a truly amazing  experience.  The  event  began  in  darkness  at 4.15am when around  2,000  people  walk/ran  the  beautiful 5km route while dawn was breaking. This was all to raise awareness for suicide prevention and money raised helps keeps Pieta House's lifesaving services free. Well done to all Silver Hill Farm staff who participated & helped raise €970 and indeed the people who organised such a wonderful & worthwhile event.
