We were delighted to host some of our Vietnamese customers to our Centre of Excellence on May 8th. The representatives from APC Vietnam and Purcell Brothers spent the afternoon with us getting a tour of the facility and sampling some of our #bestduck. Our CEO Micheal Briody & Head of Sales Barry Cullen were honoured to be presented with a traditional Vietnamese painting on their departure.
We also welcomed some of our distinguished customers from Singapore to Ireland on May 19th 2017. They spent the day touring our Centre of Excellence & Production Plant, seeing first-hand what makes Silver Hill Duck the best duck in the world. Distinguished Hong Kong-based chef, Mr Tse Kit showcased a variety of different Asian meals made from our Silver Hill Duck, including the famous Hong Kong style presentation. To conclude the visit Chef Tse Kit prepared a variety of different duck dishes for all the staff & our visitors to enjoy!
