Confit of Duck
The Duck Leg is hand prepared and trimmed, marinated with subtle combination of Garlic, Black Pepper & Herbs before being slow cooked in our own duck fat to produce the finest Duck Confit.
FOR BEST RESULTS
- Remove packaging and place on a wire rack in a baking tray.
- Place in a preheated oven 200ºC/410ºF/Gas 6 for 20-25 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven and serve.
DEFROST FROZEN PRODUCT FULLY BEFORE REHEATING. CONSUME WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DEFROSTING. PLEASE ENSURE ALL PRODUCTS ARE COOKED THROUGH.
