Boneless Duck with Seasonal Stuffing

Silver Hill's Boneless Duck with Seasonal Stuffing offers something a little bit different. A wonderful combination of oriental spices, with the succulent tasting duck. 

COOKING GUIDELINES
THE FOLLOWING ARE GUIDELINES ONLY
-
Remove all packaging.
- Preheat oven to 200ºC/390ºF/Gas Mark 6/ Fan Assisted Oven 180ºC.
- Place the duck on a wire rack in a deep roasting tin, place on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 90 minutes.
- Ensure the duck is thoroughly cooked before serving. To check, insert a skewer into the deepest part of the flesh, if the duck is cooked juices will run clear, if not continue to cook and repeat check.
- Once cooked, cover with foil and allow to rest in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Do not reheat once cooked.
NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.
