Duck Legs with Aromatic Spices

Succulent Irish duck legs, seasoned with fragrant and flavoursome spices.

COOKING GUIDELINES
THE FOLLOWING ARE GUIDELINES ONLY

- Remove all packaging. 
- Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. 
- Place the duck legs in a roasting tin skin side up and cook in the centre of the oven for approx. 45 minutes. 
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
- Ensure food is cooked throughout before serving.
- DO NOT REHEAT.

97% Duck, 3% Spice Mix (Salt, Sugar, Spices [Ginger, Aniseed, Cloves, Fennel], Onion Powder).
