Plum Sauce

Can be used as a dipping sauce or gently warmed as an accompaniment sauce to our lovely Silver Hill Duck.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Wok fry your meat, fish or vegetables of choice, add two tablespoons of plum sauce with a tablespoon of hot water and a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Sugar 45%, Water20%, Plum Puree, Corn Starch, Salt, Plum in Syrup (Plum Halves, Water, Sugar) Acetic, Acid, Water, Pectin.
